This HDMI Extender - UHD-IPC230-CS with HDMI loop out port can extend 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 HDMI signal over 230 feet via shielded CAT6 cable.

It supports EDID passthrough, auto downscaling & cascading up to 10 receivers (distance decreases to 165ft when cascading receivers). It also supports bi-directional IR control which allows you to easily control your DVD player at TV side or control your TV at DVD player side when using this extender. Besides, the receiver can extract the digital audio from the transmitter through the S/PDIF port.

The issue might be with the CAT cable. This might be due to the external interference of the signals & CAT5e has low bandwidth as compared to the CAT6. We recommend you using shielded CAT6 cable.

If the power and link led lights does not illuminate on the RJ45 port of the transmitter and the receiver, then the transmitter & receiver might be dead.
