30-Day Return Policy

At OREI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return most products for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product must be in its original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us at info@orei.com or +1-877-290-5530 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it to the return address we provide.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. If you prefer a different product, please contact us and we will help facilitate the exchange.

Restocking Fees:

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for items returned within 30-days with all original accessories and packaging.
  • A restocking fee will apply if the item is returned in used/damaged condition, missing parts, or not in its original packaging.
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the return shipping cost will remain the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item (for domestic orders).

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products that are customized to customer’s requirements and special orders are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Returns: Customers within the U.S. are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • International Returns: For customers outside the U.S., return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for return. We are unable to cover return shipping for international orders.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping within the U.S.
